Introduction: My Journey Begins
In 1965, I was born in a small village in Rajasthan. Life was simple — school till 10th grade and work to support the family. Computers, email, and offices were not part of my daily life. In 1985, I entered the garment business in Jaipur. Later, I worked in Saudi Arabia, and by 1998, I had launched Khatri Tours and Travels in Mumbai. That one step began a 30+ year journey of building recruitment and HR companies across India, Qatar, UAE, Uganda, and beyond
Now, I share 7 timeless lessons I learned from this journey.

1. Believe Big, Start Small
Big dreams don’t need big offices. My first office had a fan, one table, and lots of hope. There was no degree, no investors, just honest work. If you wait for the perfect start, you’ll never begin.
💡 Start now. Grow as you go.

2. Learn From Everyone
In Saudi Arabia, I learnt discipline and responsibility. In Mumbai, I learnt how to hustle and speak with power. I learnt from chaiwalas, HR managers, and taxi drivers. Everyone is a teacher if you’re ready to learn.
💡 Respect knowledge, not the title.

3. Solve Real Problems
In 1998, people in India were desperate for Gulf jobs but didn’t know how to apply. I created a path: documents, training, tickets, jobs. In 2010, I started Mahad IT to help businesses with tech hiring. All success followed one rule:
💡 Find a problem. Be the solution.

4. Trust Builds Business
In recruitment, promises are easy. Delivering is not. I promised jobs, safety, fair pay — and I delivered. That trust helped Mahad grow across 5 countries. No marketing beats a good reputation.
💡 If you say it, do it.

5. Stay Humble, Always
From ₹1 lakh turnover to ₹100 crore—I never stopped listening and learning. Respect drivers, designers, and clients. Humility gives you clarity. Ego gives you blind spots.
💡 Be proud of your roots, but never forget them.

6. Embrace Change
If I had stayed in the travel agency only, Mahad would have stopped in 2005. But I learnt technology, entered IT, created websites, and offered digital services. Change is scary — but so is staying stuck.
💡 If the world moves, move with it.
7. Give Back What You Learn
I built Mahad Pulse not to earn—but to return. I want youth to learn from my journey, skip the mistakes, and start faster. Mentorship is how you live forever — in others’ success.
💡 True success is helping others succeed.

🌱 Final Words: It’s Your Turn Now
Whether you’re a fresher in Mumbai, a worker in Qatar, or a dreamer in Rajasthan, you can win. Start small. Learn fast. Stay humble. Help others.
I am still learning. And I am still sharing.
